A low impact dance fitness class which focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, balance & a lot of fun with some fabulous people!
My aim is to help you feel empowered & make movement accessible to everybody.

I love Jane's classes. Such a great way to carry on exercising into your 60s,70s, 80s & more. There is no upper end.
