I have had my own personal journey through injury and seen first-hand experience of the huge power that comes from moving our bodies in a safe and supportive environment. My aim is to help you feel empowered & make movement accessible to everybody - regardless of your age, physical abilities, injuries, illnesses or mobility restrictions.
I offer personal small class groups... individual attention.... ALL equipment is provided (mats, blocks, pilates small balls etc..) . Just wear loose comfortable clothing, bring water bottle, small hand towel & your enthusiasm! Check the timetable tab & see you in class!
